Candy Relics is handmade in the USA and proud supporters of local small businesses, making it from the ground up.
HOW TO START YOUR ORDER
Candy Relics requires a 100% down payment on all orders with no quantity minimums on any products. Your first order needs to total $500 and there is no minimum on reorder. Once payment is received, the clock on turnaround time begins. For payment options; please make checks payable to Candy Relics, for Bank Transfers we will send you an invoice with a Quickbooks Link for payment, and for cash, come on by our shop and have a coffee while you’re here.
SHIPPING TERMS
Typical turnaround time for most orders will be 4-6 weeks. US Shipping & handling, costs are a percentage of the total order. Orders <$1000 are charged 15% for shipping, orders $1001-$2000 are charged 10% shipping and orders $2001< are charged 5% shipping. Standard shipping is UPS or FedEx ground. International shipping has same price breaks, plus duties and fees. Email for prices.
When the product arrives, please check for damage before signing the waybill.
If the products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with images for insurance. Product replacement can only be fulfilled by following this procedure.
WARRANTY
Candy Relics warranties our products for 30 days against defects in material. Because of the fragile nature of ceramics, we are unable to warranty against breakage
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns & exchanges unless the product has been damaged in shipping. For shipping damage information, see Shipping Terms. For warranty information, see Warranty section.
3RD PARTY RESELLING
Candy Relics does not allow any stockist to resell on any 3rd party platform including but not limited to - Amazon, Ebay, Walmart. This is to keep a fair marketplace for all our wholesalers and to maintain a level of aesthetic for the brand. We are a handmade small business and want to support other small businesses.
ABOUT OUR PORCELAIN
Candy Relics’ clay and glaze finishes are custom made in house from materials, one ingredient at a time. The clay is high fire porcelain (2,400 Fahrenheit) and shrinks 20% during the firing ensuring strength and durability, which also prevents stainage. . All items (besides the Rubber Paper Cups) are dishwasher safe.
ABOUT OUR RUBBER
Candy Relics hand mixes all rubber from primary colors, so variation in color
and shades is to be expected. It is not possible for rubber colors to hit exact pantone’s, but instead a proximity in color. Our rubber is non-toxic and food safe. We recommend hand washing all rubber dipped products to prolong the life of the rubber. Rubber colors include - Yellow, Cantaloupe, Coral, Red, Sky Blue, Blue, Kelly Green, Mint, Black, White, Gray, Teal, Pink

Shipping Time
As a small business (of two) we ship packages out once a week, please account for handling days when placing your order.
- In stock: 4-5 business days plus shipping time
- Out-of-stock: 3-4 weeks plus shipping time
- Made to Order: 3-6 week turnaround plus shipping time
Standard shipping will be USPS. Shipping time & cost are dependent upon weight & distance. When the product arrives, please check for damage before signing the waybill. Returns + Exchanges
Sorry, we do not accept returns & exchanges unless the product has been damaged in shipping, in which case an insurance claim will need to be filed, see about Shipping Terms for details.
Since our products are all handmade, there will be variances, but everything does meet our standards. If for some reason you really need to return your item, you will be reasonsible for shipping costs.
About our Porcelain
Candy Relics’ clay body and glaze finishes are custom made and sourced from pure mineral deposits, so that no impurities can weaken the strength of a product. In the finishing process we fire every object to 2,300 Fahrenheit (1260 Celsius).
This high heat temperature in our porcelain clay body creates a shrinkage rate of about 20% allocating strength in form and preventing any bacteria that may form. In this customization process of our clay and glazes Candy Relics can ensure 100% that our objects produced are lead-free.
